Dati che ci fornisci tu. Nome, email, telefono, paese in cui vivi, preferenza tra visita in presenza e videochiamata e l'eventuale messaggio che scrivi nel modulo di richiesta. Trattiamo anche i dati che ci invii se ci contatti via email, telefono o WhatsApp.
Dati di navigazione. Indirizzo IP, tipo di browser e dispositivo, pagine visitate, data e ora della visita. Sono raccolti in automatico dai sistemi che fanno funzionare il sito.
3. Perché li trattiamo e su quale base
a) Rispondere alle tue richieste, organizzare visite e videochiamate e inviarti informazioni sugli immobili che ti interessano. Base giuridica: misure precontrattuali richieste da te (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
b) Adempiere obblighi di legge, ad esempio fiscali, contabili e antiriciclaggio, se nasce un incarico o una compravendita (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Data you give us. Name, email, phone number, country of residence, your preference between an in-person visit and a video call, and any message you write in the request form. We also process the data you send us if you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Browsing data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the visit. These are collected automatically by the systems that run the website.
3. Why we process it and on what legal basis
a) To answer your requests, arrange visits and video calls and send you information about the properties you are interested in. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
b) To meet legal obligations, such as tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules, if an assignment or a sale follows (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
